MILLESIMATO DOCG ESTRA DRY

EXTRA DRY is the most traditional version of PROSECCO, and with VINORÈ MILLESIMATO D.O.C.G. you can taste its best expression, coming from the winemaking of one special grape harvest, to highlight the close bond between wine and territory.

VINE VARIETY: Glera

COLOUR: Bright straw yellow; its fine but persistent perlage gives sophistication to this wine.

BOUQUET: Tipically fruity, with intense notes of Golden apple and pear and delicate hints of citrus fruits, fading into flower aroma.

TASTE: Dry and soft, with a lively acidity and a balanced savoury taste, defining a pleasant sensation of harmony, enhanced by its sparkling essence.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES: The pleasantness of this wine makes it perfect as aperitif in every occasion and excellent to vaccompany delicate courses such as fish, white meat and vegetables.

MILLESIMATO DOCG BRUT

BRUT is the modern version of PROSECCO,internationally well-known and appreciated for its sober elegance. VINORÈ MILLESIMATO D.O.C.G. enhances the basic features of this sparkling wine, thanks to vinification of selected grapes, which discloses a strong relationship with the territory.

VINE VARIETY: Glera

COLOUR: Clear straw yellow, with greenish tinges; its perlage is soft but persistent with a foamy feeling.

BOUQUET: Intense, fragrant and variegated, with notesof Golden apple, peach, together with roses and wisteria and also hints of almond and toasted bread.

TASTE: Very dry and lively, clear but complex; its savoury taste and its fresh acidity, together with the sparkling essence, realize a balanced and elegant harmony.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES: Dry and savoury taste of this wine makes it the ideal pairing with delicate first and second courses, cream cheese and also slightly spicy dishes.

EXTRA DRY is the classical version of PROSECCO D.O.C., very appreciated for its pleasantness and freshness at every glass. The sweetness of this sparkling wine is due to suspended fermentation, when still there is a significant percentage of sugar.

COLOUR: Light straw yellow, with fine
and persistent perlage.

BOUQUET: Fresh and aromatic, enriched by fruity notes of apple, pear and citrus fruits fading into flower aroma.

TASTE: Soft and lively, with savoury taste and harmonic final.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES: Its pleasantness makes this wine excellent as aperitif, both in formal and easy occasions, and to accompany white meat and marinated fish based dishes.

BRUT is the modern version of PROSECCO D.O.C., the most internationally well-known and the most appreciated as all-round sparkling wine. The not suspended fermentation makes it drier than sweet and balances its savoury taste with the reduced sugar content.

BOUQUET: Delicate and rich, pleasantly fruity and floral, with elegant notes of roses and almonds.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES: Its dry savoury taste makes this wine an excellent pairing with fish and seafood based dishes, as well as with short aged cheeses; particularly attractive is the combination with pizza.
